Resolved my issue. Clear instructions. Easy to follow. No jargon. Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions. Either through the user control panel method, through settings or through lpksetup. Each one provides it's own unique set of failure errors.
This will successfully download the full packet, but upon download say 'this language packet was not installed'. Not 'could not be', and there was no option prompt, just 'wasn't installed. Very useful. No successful completion. Firstly, lpkinstall won't even load up. It just asks me if I want to run the program, I click yes and it doesn't run.
